Nolan Wells celebrated the Fourth of July off the coast of Mississippi at Horn Island, but did not return to the mainland. Two days later, his body was found. This morning, attorneys provided additional details about the contents of his phone, which raised questions for Attorney Liza Park. Though the grand jury agreed his death was consistent with drowning, Park disagreed.
