Last night, a federal judge ruled that news outlets previously banned from the White House will get their press badges back. On Sept. 18, President Trump attempted to ban journalists from CNN, MSNOW and Politico from accessing the White House. The case has raised questions about whether the restriction was a violation of the Freedom of Press clause under the First Amendment of the U.S. Constitution.
