Californians will be voting on a measure that would require voters to show government-issued identification in person and an identification number on mail-in ballots. However, Associated Press found voter fraud is very rare. AP’s data shows only 475 potential instances of more than 25 million votes cast in the six states that President Trump challenged in the 2020 election.
