Last Friday, President Donald Trump blocked three media outlets from accessing the White House: CNN, Politico, and MS Now, formerly known as MSNBC. Trump blocked these organizations in an effort to eliminate “fake news.” Jonathan Kotler, a USC professor of media law, says Trump cannot legally ban media outlets.
