A new permanent supportive housing community opens in the skid row neighborhood of Los Angeles. We go live to Lamp Lodge.

The city of Los Angeles teams up with Volunteers of America to unveil a new tiny house village in Sun Valley. The three-year project is one of 11 villages in Los Angeles and can house up to 161 residents.

A group of advocates for the unhoused community rallies against the California Department of Transportation’s real estate methods. The group, Reclaiming Our Homes, demands that Caltrans allow families to remain in their homes while Caltrans sells the properties.
