2024 NFL Combine

The third day of the NFL Combine saw Texas wide receiver Xavier Worthy break the 40-yard dash record among a number of other impressive displays of athleticism.

Worthy’s 4.21 breaks John Ross’ record from 2017.

The Louisville and Tennessee products highlighted an athletic group of running backs.

Friday’s drills featured a few unexpected performances from top defensive back prospects, as well as a look at the depth of this year’s tight end class.

Clemson’s Nate Wiggins led the group with a blazing 4.28.

Braden Fiske, Dallas Turner and other defensive line and linebacker prospects wowed scouts with their athleticism on the combine’s opening day.

Fiske’s time led the defensive tackle group by 0.07 seconds.

DeJean was injured in practice last November, but the team offered no further details of his diagnosis at the time.
