Winter Storm Hernando brings Northeast travel to a standstill

More than 40 million people across the Northeast United States are under extreme winter alerts. Winter Storm Hernando touched down, yesterday. The storm has led to the cancellation of over 10,000 flights and is considered one of the largest storms in recent history. Extreme weather conditions are complicating travel for everyone -- even USC students.
