Tame Impala released the full list of dates and locations for their 2026 Deadbeat North American Tour, and indie rock singers Djo and Dominic Fike will be joining them.
The psychedelic music group, led by Australian singer and instrumentalist Kevin Parker, announced in an Instagram post on Feb. 12 that they are hitting the road again. The tour schedule shows the band will travel to nineteen cities across the United States and Canada.
While they are not performing in Los Angeles, they will perform in Phoenix and Portland, Ore.
This announcement came after a 40-second video was posted on Tame Impala’s Instagram with the caption, “Here we go again.”
The video features a semi-truck driving through the desert to the song “My Old Ways,” from their “Deadbeat” album.
Halfway through the video, two tree air fresheners are shown hanging from the rear-view mirror, one reading “DJO” and the other “DOM,” revealing the tour’s openers.
This sparked a lot of excitement online, with one fan posting on TikTok, “TAME IMPALA TOUR WITH DOMINIC FIKE AND DJO??!?!??!?! this is my dream date.”
“I just manifested tame impala coming to the US. DJO AND DOMINIC FIKE ARE OPENING TOO???!?” another fan posted.
While Joe Keery, who goes by the musical stage name Djo, has never produced music with Kevin Parker, he did star in the music video for Tame Impala’s 2025 single “Loser.”
Dominic Fike has also never produced music with Tame Impala. However, they are both signed to Columbia Records.
Djo will open for the band for the first half of the tour, and Dominic Fike will open for them for the last half.
This set of shows is a continuation of the Deadbeat Tour. From October to November 2025, the group traveled to Brooklyn; Chicago.; Austin, Texas; San Diego; Los Angeles; and Oakland, Calif.
In September 2025, Tame Impala announced a European leg, which will take place from April to May 2026.
Tickets for the 2026 Deadbeat North American Tour go on sale on Friday, Feb. 20, at 12 p.m. The artist presale begins on Wednesday, Feb. 18, at 12 p.m.
