Congress approves Epstein records release; Trump to decide next step

The Epstein files may soon be released — Congress has approved a transparency bill and sent it to President Trump. However, legal scholars say the exemption for “active investigations” could slow or shape what gets disclosed. Survivors and students alike say they’re skeptical that the release will be complete.
