Prop. 50 post-election analysis: an interview with Bob Shrum

Proposition 50 passed by a landslide during Tuesday’s election. The proposition temporarily changes some California congressional districts for future elections. This gives Democrats in the state the opportunity to gain five more seats in the House during next year’s midterm elections. Sebastian Soto spoke with the Director of the Center for the Political Future, Bob Shrum, about what this means for California elections.
