INGLEWOOD, Calif. — With a veteran-filled lineup, the Los Angeles Clippers have shown flashes of success through their first four games of the 2025-26 season.
But defensive inconsistencies and abundant turnover figures have set LA back on the road, as shown most recently in the Clippers’ 98-79 loss to the Golden State Warriors on Tuesday.
Recently acquired guard Bradley Beal suffered an injury during LA’s home-opener and hasn’t played since, thinning the team’s depth significantly. Kawhi Leonard and James Harden have been consistent, but concerns about their stamina have forced head coach Tyronn Lue to turn to unproven lineups late in games.
