Jamaican diaspora in L.A. hopes to help rebuild in the face of Hurricane Melissa

Hurricane Melissa swept through the island of Jamaica, yesterday. The powerful storm has continued on through the Caribbean and in parts of Cuba, causing damage to homes and infrastructures. Through the chaos, Jamaican diasporas in the U.S. are finding ways to keep their spirits high and help those affected by the hurricane.
