LOS ANGELES — The Los Angeles Kings are 1-3-2 and have appeared to hit a wall after finishing second in the Pacific Division last season.

LA’s early-season schedule has featured steep competition, such as the Vegas Golden Knights, Colorado Avalanche and Carolina Hurricanes. The Kings took care of business against Vegas, but haven’t had the same luck against other foes.
