Annenberg Media obtained the letter sent to President Carol Folt on Monday by the Department of Education (DOE) Office of Civil Rights. According to a press release by the DOE, 60 other institutions of higher education received similar letters which warn that federal funding could be revoked if universities are found to be in violation of Title VI.
