Love is on the dance floor for 20-year-old USC tight end Walker Lyons whose relationship with 19-year-old “Dancing with the Stars” pro Rylee Arnold was made Instagram-official late last month.
Arnold rose to fame during Season 32 of “Dancing with the Stars” in the fall of 2023 amid dating rumors between her and her 27-year-old partner “Too Hot to Handle” star Harry Jowsey. Since then, she has amassed over one million followers on TikTok, providing fans with behind-the-scenes content and life updates.
Arnold is currently shooting her second season on “Dancing with the Stars” in Los Angeles, qualifying for next week’s finale with her 26-year-old partner Olympic gymnast Stephen Nedoroscik.
Nedoroscik weighed in on Arnold’s new relationship in a post-show interview, telling Extra TV, “[Walker Lyons is] just a really good dude and I completely approve [of the relationship].”
Lyons is in the middle of his first USC football season, earning playing time as a freshman and contributing to the team’s 5-5 wins/losses ratio.
While he committed to USC in the winter of 2023, Lyons completed a two-year Mormon mission in Norway between 2022 and 2024 before starting his undergraduate studies. Rylee Arnold is also Mormon and has talked about her faith on several occasions.
Arnold and Lyons met through mutual friends and don’t appear to have been together for long. In a recent TikTok, a “Dancing with the Stars” costar jokingly called out Arnold for taking her relationship public after only two weeks of dating.
Nevertheless, the couple made their first red carpet appearance on Saturday, November 9, when the pair attended the Wicked premiere in L.A. They have also taken turns supporting each other as Arnold was seen at USC’s home game against Rutgers in late October and Lyons attended a “Dancing with the Stars” taping last week, as seen on his TikTok.
@walkerlyons Good luck ! @Rylee Arnold
