Groups in L.A. and at USC remember lives lost on October 7

October 7 marks the one-year anniversary of Hamas’ attack on Israel.

Groups at USC and the broader L.A. hold events to remember lives lost last year, including a candlelight vigil at the Museum of Tolerance. USC Hillel hosts an event at Tommy Trojan “to remember, to mourn and to hope for peace in our world.” A coalition of student organizations—including USC Students for Justice in Palestine, Divest from Death USC, Student Coalition Against Labor Exploitation at USC and Jewish Voice for Peace USC—hold a collaborative “one year of genocide, one year of resistance” walkout.
