Students who enjoy studying and being around dogs can spend some time and de-stress with their furry friends at the USC Health Science Campus in front of the Psychology Services Center. “Come and de-stress with our furry friends from LAX PUPS” written on the flyer for wellness pups coming to campus.

Also, Viterbi Well is hosting the “Pawsitive Vibes Engineers Unwind Study Break” for students to take a study break and “pet some cute dogs”. It will happen on April 29 from 11 a.m. until 1 p.m. at the Engineering Quad OHE Patio. Students can sign up for free to attend the event on EngageSC.

The Leavey Library is hosting multiple events for students to go to before finals.

There will be in-person activities highlighting the importance of physical and mental wellness. Students can take part in Olympic style games and pet therapy. There will be refreshments ranging from coffee and tea to hot cocoa packets. Also students can snack on cookies or get their hands-on study break tools and other resources.

The library time schedule will remain the same for students to go and study away from their dorm rooms in quiet spaces.

Finally, the library offers online links to “Anytime Activities,” which students can use by clicking on videos for breathing breaks, desk stretching or to watch a virtual guide through nature.
