The generational divide between teens and older adults is typically rather significant. However, many of the issues both groups face are mutual, including depression and loneliness. An intergenerational after-school program called Sages & Seekers brings older adults (sages) and teens (seekers) together and encourages open discussions.
The documentary follows Madeline Garcia-Nuñez and Geraldine Hurley, a pair who find that they have more in common than they think.
