9m88, also known as Baba, held her first headliner show at the Echo in Los Angeles on the second stop of her U.S. tour. She performed several tracks from her latest album, “9m88 Radio,” as well as her 2019 debut record “Beyond Mediocrity.”

9m88 performs “Sleepwalking,” a track off of her 2022 album, “9m88 Radio.” “Sleepwalking” was created in collaboration with South Korean producer SUMIN and features a combination of crisp beats and dreamy melodies along with both English and Mandarin lyrics. After studying fashion design at Shih Chien University in Taiwan, she moved to the U.S. to pursue jazz singing at the School of Contemporary Jazz and Music at The New School.
