Owner predicts three-year impact to eatery economy

Sherrye Coggiola, owner of The Cantina at Historic Biltmore Village in Asheville, North Carolina is working to support her staff during a statewide restaurant lock down. In a town dependent on tourism, Coggiola is providing groceries for employees and using the sale of gift cards to offer economic aid to hospitality workers. She had a conversation with Annenberg Radio’s William Casse.
