Settlement approved former USC gynecologist George Tyndall

A judge approved a $215 million settlement against the former gynecologist. The settlement also calls for university change.

The settlement, approved Friday, will allow payouts between $2,500 and $250,000 to be made to victims. It also calls for the appointment of an external consultant and a women’s health advocate at USC.
