Workers throughout the University of California system are participating in a three-day strike that started today. Many of them are worried about the amount of outsourcing that has been going on over the last few years. Negotiations on a new contract are still ongoing between workers and school officials. Students are also being affected by the walkout, so those involved hope a solution can be found soon.
