Skirball Cultural Center will host “Into the Night: Pop for the People” on Friday, Oct. 7.
The evening's festivities include performances by synth-pop performer Seth Bogart, and alt-electro artist Chela. Bogart's performance is expected to demonstrate his classic appearance with a mustache, gelled hair and several costumes. Also expected during his performance is a video backdrop created by the television studio/media lab, Telefantasy Studios. Chela, also to perform, was featured on Bogart's album this year.

The after-dark event will host nighttime access to the museum's galleries, featuring "Pop for the People: Roy Lichtenstein in L.A." which displays works from across 40 years. Guests can also enjoy outdoor live music and activities. Attendees are encouraged to show up dressed in pop-art-inspired makeup and attire.
More coverage of the event to come, so stay tuned.
