With the stay-at-home orders due to coronavirus, there has been a boom in boredom. But Escape SC, a student organization that creates escape rooms, is hoping to help fix that.
During a normal semester, the group plans, designs, and organizes escape rooms for the community in USC buildings. They have had hundreds of students and staff come to participate. After USC moved online for the remainder of the semester, the group had to cancel their final in-person escape room, which was set to go up in early April.
Rather than completely end the club there, though, members of EscapeSC wanted to try to continue creating these experiences in quarantine.
