Super Tuesday could be a test of how well candidates are courting diverse voters

California is the most populous state in the country -- and the most diverse. In 2019, according to the Public Policy Institute, roughly 60% of Californians identified as non-white. This makes Tuesday’s primary election a real test of how well Democratic candidates have courted voters of color.
