DPS to carry Narcan in order to combat rise in opioid overdoses

DPS announced that its officers will begin carrying Narcan, a first aid nasal spray that helps treat opioid overdoses. The announcement comes on the heels of a rash of recent student deaths, four of which USC officials have said might be drug overdose related.
