The former president faces indictment on at least one felony charge involving hush money payment to adult film star.

Former President Donald Trump returns to New York to face an indictment on multiple felony charges of falsifying business records involving a hush money payment to adult film star Stormy Daniels in 2016. Trump is the first former U.S. president to face criminal charges. New York City ramps up its security measures and orders every member of the NYPD to report in uniform as a “precautionary measure.”

The Los Angeles Auto Club hosts the LAPD and California Highway Patrol for National Distracted Driver Awareness Month at an event in University Park. The club displayed a wrecked car that was involved in a crash this past February as a warning of the dangers of distracted driving.
