Police arrest two suspects in PnB Rock’s murder

On Tuesday, September 27, the Los Angeles Police Department arrested two people suspected to be involved with the murder of PnB Rock, also known as Rakim Allen.

Among those arrested are Shauntel Trone, a 32-year-old woman who the police found in Gardena, California, and an unidentified 17-year-old male suspected of murder. Trone was booked for being an accessory to murder. An additional suspect, Freddie Lee Trone, remains at large. According to the police, the minor is Freddie Lee’s son. Shauntel’s relationship to the minor and Freddie Lee remains unclear.

PnB Rock was killed on Monday, September 12, when he and his girlfriend went to eat at a Roscoe’s Chicken & Waffles in South Los Angeles. One suspect approached Allen, shot him several times, stole some of his property, then fled in a getaway vehicle. Allen died in the hospital at 30 years old.

The police consider Freddie Lee to be armed and dangerous and urge anyone who sees him to call 911 immediately.
