Graffiti Artist Betters the Streets of South Central

"Smile South Central" works with street artists to bring beautiful murals to the streets of South Central Los Angeles

An organization called "Smile South Central" is painting beautiful graffiti murals all over South Central Los Angeles. The goal is to bring more smiles to the faces of residents in that area. But the program helps the artists as well.
