A person died in the Gamma Epsilon Omega house on The Row Thursday, the USC Department of Public Safety said.

DPS responded to a report of a person not breathing at 4:45 p.m., according to Deputy Chief David Carlisle. When DPS arrived on the scene, paramedics and the Los Angeles Police Department were already there.

Annenberg Media's Cole Sullivan was at the scene on 28th Street near Figueroa Street on Thursday evening, watching paramedics and police go to and from the house. Another reporter, Rachel Frain, said she saw an ambulance come and go from the scene without a patient in it.
